Vita的选角不理想。样貌到气质都不足以诱发Virginia的爱与热情。

片子是根据史实改编的。30岁著名的作家Vita陷入了对40岁名声鹊起的作家Virginia的崇拜中。
片头起始是电音伴着画面出现,这部分略有突兀(但还是蛮新鲜的,后面配乐的处理都还不错,有种轻快但哀伤的感觉)。Vita以骄傲的姿态走进采访室,接受媒体对她与哈罗德关于“现代婚姻”的采访。个人拙见,Vita的演员在这段表现的不够“man”,Vita是一名贵族,她生来就有他人享受不到的权利与荣耀,同时她性格也因此我行我素,能女扮男装带着女友私奔、也敢呛声丈夫。可影片里面的Vita在这一段
